The Health Professions Network’s Fall Meeting will take place September 6-8 in beautiful Alexandria, Virginia—just across the Potomac River from our nation’s capitol and an 8 minute drive from Reagan National Airport.

We’ll be gathering around the topic of Customer Service—

How your association—or healthcare—can harness the power of strong customer service to retain members—or improve patient satisfaction. Those sessions will take place on Friday, September 8.

On Thursday, September 7, we’ll have time for business meetings where we will be continuing discussions started at our Chicago Association Summit. This page will be updated to include a report from our association summit as soon as it is available.

REGISTRATION NOTE: Registration fee includes sessions on Thursday and Friday, September 7 & 8. Breakfast and lunch are included both days, including a welcome reception on Wednesday, September 6 and a farewell dinner on September 8. Attendees are on their own for dinner on Thursday, September 7. The first 40 registrants are entitled to complimentary hotel accommodation. Attendees may be responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport, depending on hotel accommodations… more information coming soon. Optional donation contributes to the HPN Jannell Lang Memorial Scholarship, supporting a HOSA-Future Health Professionals Student.
